They must be only tried on and have the hygienic liner intact. Please let us know if this purchase is a gift and an extension will be granted. Suits with embroidery are considered to be Totally Custom.
Totally Custom swimsuits are not refundable. If you did not receive exactly what you ordered; it will be replaced. If there is a construction flaw; you may return it for repair. It will be promptly restitched and returned to you. A coupon for free shipping on your next purchase will be enclosed with your replaced or repaired suit.
